What was once Texas Prairieland is now home to many awesome neighborhoods. Northlake is exploding with growth. The community is North of Fort Worth, Keller, and Haslet, and is mostly served by Northwest ISD and Argyle ISD. Several great private schools are also nearby. Good thing is that there is some availability in Northlake as these are all new communities with the latest technology and family-friendly design.

Frisco Texas is the number one requested place by our clients to look for homes. Frisco has so much going for it, shopping, professional sports headquarters, restaurants, highly rated schools, and great neighborhoods. Frisco is home to 224,000 people and it is red hot right now. The population has gone up 91 percent since 2010.

If you are thinking about moving to Southlake Texas then this blog is for you because I am going to share my favorite neighborhoods in Southlake Texas!

These neighborhoods are not in any particular order for several reasons, one being that criteria for each family can change from whether it is budget or whether it is amenities or certain hot buttons that you have, so just know that these are all great neighborhoods and can vary depending on what your criteria are for a home. 

Southlake is known as a luxury city and it is very difficult to find a home for under $650,000 there anymore.  So keep in mind when you are looking for the best neighborhoods, there is not really a bad neighborhood in Southlake.
