Love Dallas Fort Worth but also love the country and wide open spaces? then Weatherford might be the place for you. 

I would call it a rural suburb and many residents who live here commute to DFW for work.  Weatherford has a charming town square full of shops and restaurants along with many historic homes.  

You can find ranches here along with property with 2 or 3 acres as well as smaller lot neighborhoodS and housing is considerably less here for what you can get in the big city.
