Wylie, TX home prices and style of homes are quite diverse as you can get a starter home in the $200's or a large country home on 15 acres for $2 million! Wylie used to be known as a country town but it has grown quite significantly with a population of around 50,000. The newest master-planned community, Inspiration, is one of my favorite neighborhoods in DFW. It sits right on Lake Lavon and offers great amenities.
