Can I buy a home in Texas before I move there?
Yes — many of our clients do. We tour homes for you by live video, film detailed walkthroughs of the neighborhood and the home's condition, and coordinate inspections and closing remotely. Several of our buyers have closed on their DFW home without setting foot in Texas until move-in day.
What does it cost to have a buyer's agent?
Agent compensation is negotiable and discussed transparently before we start. In many transactions the seller or builder offers compensation toward your representation, and with most new-construction builders our service adds nothing to your price. We'll walk you through exactly how it works in your situation on our first call.
How long does it take to buy a home in DFW?
Once you're under contract, closing typically takes around 30 to 45 days with financing.
